Axis AX-GPC-1 Description
The Axis AX-GPC-1 pasta cooker has high-efficiency burner technology to reduce cook times. This system concentrates heat at the rear to create a convective flow of water and eliminate the need for stirring. The unit has a 10.56-gallon water capacity. The seamless inner tank construction resists corrosion and has easy-to-clean round edges. Six stainless steel mesh baskets are included, and with ergonomic handles, they are easy to grab and lift. This Axis AX-GPC-1 pasta cooker is shipped ready for natural gas installation, but an LP gas conversion kit is included. It ignites with a piezo burner system and is protected by a safety thermocouple shutoff.
