Each burner, with 32,000 BTU stainless steel capacity and standby pilot, provides reliable and efficient heating. The hot plate features independent manual controls every 12 inches, allowing precise temperature adjustments. Adjustable stainless steel legs ensure stability, while the lift-off cast iron burners and full-length seamless drip pan facilitate effortless maintenance. Shipped with both Standard Natural Gas and LP conversion kit options, it accommodates different gas sources.
