The IKON IGF-75/80 Gas Fryer is designed for commercial kitchens requiring durability and high performance. With a tube heat exchange system for rapid temperature recovery and a large cold zone to trap food particles, this fryer delivers consistent frying results while simplifying maintenance. Its stainless steel fry tank is fully peened for a smooth finish and easy cleaning, and twin nickel-plated baskets make frying efficient and convenient.
