The IKON ITG-24 Thermostat Control Griddle provides precision heat control and superior cooking performance in compact commercial kitchen environments. Featuring two 30,000 BTU burners and a full 1” thick polished steel griddle plate, this unit delivers steady temperature distribution and excellent heat retention. Built with a stainless-steel cabinet and ergonomic service-friendly design, the ITG-24 is suited for professional cooking stations requiring durability and accuracy.
