The IKON ITG-48E Electric Griddle is designed for high-performance commercial kitchens. Each 12” section of the 48” griddle has an independent snap-action thermostat, ensuring consistent heat distribution across the entire cooking surface. Built with a 1-inch thick steel plate and stainless steel front and sides, this griddle is durable, efficient, and easy to maintain.
