The Kool-It Signature KSTM-36-2 Mega Top Sandwich Prep Table is a two-section, commercial-grade unit designed for sandwich and salad preparation. Its stainless steel construction ensures durability, hygiene, and easy maintenance in busy kitchen environments.
The stainless steel top accommodates 15 1/6-size pans (included) and features a removable cutting board for convenient food prep. Two epoxy-coated adjustable wire shelves provide flexible storage, while the easy-grip door handles allow smooth access to refrigerated ingredients.
Equipped with a rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration system, the table maintains a temperature range of 32–40°F, keeping ingredients fresh and safe. Heavy-duty casters with two front brakes allow for easy mobility and stability.
