The Kool-It Signature KSTM-60-2 Mega Top Sandwich Prep Table is a two-section, commercial-grade unit ideal for high-volume sandwich and salad preparation. Built with durable stainless steel, it ensures long-lasting performance and easy sanitation.
The stainless steel top includes openings for 24 1/6-size pans (included) and a removable cutting board for efficient prep work. Two epoxy-coated adjustable wire shelves provide flexible storage, while easy-grip door handles allow smooth access to refrigerated ingredients.
Featuring a rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration system, it maintains a consistent 32–40°F temperature range to keep ingredients fresh. Heavy-duty casters with two front brakes provide easy mobility and stability.
