The Kool-It Signature KSTM-72-3 Mega Top Sandwich Prep Table is a three-section commercial unit designed for high-volume sandwich and salad preparation. Its stainless steel construction ensures durability, hygiene, and easy cleaning in busy kitchens.
The top features openings for 30 1/6-size pans (included) and a removable cutting board for efficient food prep. Three epoxy-coated adjustable wire shelves provide versatile storage, while easy-grip handles ensure smooth access to refrigerated ingredients.
Equipped with a rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration system, it maintains a consistent 32–40°F temperature range to keep ingredients fresh. Heavy-duty casters with two front brakes offer easy mobility and stability.
