Because the Migali C-2R-HC two-section refrigerator is made of stainless steel inside and out, it is durable and can be wiped clean. Corners on its door are rounded, giving them extra strength and resistance to impacts, and when open, the recessed handles do not bang into nearby equipment. On the front, this unit has digital controls and a digital display that clearly shows the temperature level. Users can set the refrigeration system between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. It uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to create cold air, before circulating that air around the interior with fans. A plenum along the interior back wall keeps the airway clear for proper circulation and cooling.

Inside the Migali C-2R-HC reach-in refrigerator, product can sit on the floor and three shelves in each section. Alternatively, 18-inch by 26-inch pans or 12-inch by 20-inch hotel pans will fit inside the refrigerator. For visibility, the interior is illuminated by LED lights, and the doors can stay open at 90 degrees for loading or unloading product. All shelves and casters are pre-installed to ease installation.
