Migali C-CB52-60-HC Description
The Migali C-CB52-60-HC chef base has one section and two drawers. To ensure this unit is strong enough for commercial use, its exterior, interior, and heavy-duty top are constructed of stainless steel. Its 6-inch casters enable the unit to be pushed around a kitchen, and brakes keep it stationary when necessary.
The Migali C-CB52-60-HC chef base's self-contained refrigeration system is side mounted for quick access when maintenance is needed. R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant maintains temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit to keep product cool. Forced-air refrigeration keeps products in the 18 sixth-size food pans at a consistent temperature, creating a better workflow for kitchen staff.
