Migali C-CB52-HC Description
The Migali C-CB52-HC chef base uses R290 refrigerant and forced-air refrigeration to keep cold products in the safe zone. Its compressor is self-contained and mounted on the unit's side, providing access for maintenance. An LED display enables users to monitor the unit's temperature, and if something isn’t right, it can be adjusted between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit.
The Migali C-CB52-HC single-section chef base has a stainless steel interior, exterior, and top, ensuring a sleek appearance and enough strength to endure abuse in busy kitchens. Mounted casters provide mobility, so the unit can be rolled anywhere it's needed. The drawers have heavy-duty slides that self-close to preserve energy when the user has to walk away quickly.
