Migali C-CB72-76-HC Description
The Migali C-CB72-76-HC chef base has four drawers, each with a recessed handle and heavy duty, self-closing slides. A digital LED control panel displays and monitors the unit's internal temperature so it is visible to operators. Its top, interior, and exterior are all made of stainless steel to ensure that the unit looks attractive in the kitchen while withstanding frequent use.
The refrigeration system in the Migali C-CB72-76-HC equipment stand is mounted on its side. Self-contained and cooled using R290 refrigerant, this unit maintains temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. It is mounted on 6-inch casters, so it can be smoothly maneuvered throughout the kitchen, and because the top is heavy duty, it can store a variety of equipment.
