Migali C-CB72-HC Description
The Migali C-CB72-76-HC chef base has a digital LED control panel that displays and monitors the unit's internal temperature. Four drawers, each with a recessed handle and heavy-duty, self-closing slides, hold cold ingredients in two sections. This unit looks attractive in the kitchen while holding equipment such as a griddle or a charbroiler because its top, interior, and exterior are all made of stainless steel.
The self-contained compressor of the Migali C-CB72-76-HC equipment stand is mounted on its side, so it can be accessed comfortably if maintenance is needed. It is cooled by R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, which is an environmentally friendly alternative to other refrigerants. Using a forced-air system, it maintains consistent temperatures of 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit.
