Migali C-CM-36-LP Description
Equipped with dual 21,500 BTU ceramic infrared burners, the Migali C-CM-36-LP Competitor Series® gas cheese melter delivers 43,000 total BTUs to efficiently brown, glaze, or melt foods prior to service. Each burner is independently controlled with manual valves, enabling operators to engage only one side during low-volume applications or both sides for higher throughput. A manual ignition system with pilot lights ensures quick burner activation and reliable standby performance during peak operation periods. Designed for range-mount configuration, this unit includes a mounting kit for secure installation above a compatible 36-inch range, maximizing overhead utility without sacrificing valuable counter space.
To endure repeated commercial use, the Migali C-CM-36-LP cheese melter is built with a stainless steel interior and exterior that resist corrosion and simplify cleaning. Its removable broiler rack supports multiple portion sizes, while the integrated crumb catcher minimizes debris buildup beneath the rack during use. Measuring 36 inches wide overall, the cabinet accommodates sizable platters and trays, making it ideal for finishing baked pastas, loaded nachos, and open-faced sandwiches. This model connects to a 3⁄4-inch NPT gas line on the right side and operates on liquid propane to meet a variety of installation requirements.
