The single deck of the Migali C-CO1-NG full-size convection oven accommodates five 18-inch by 26-inch food pans. It operates using a dual speed fan with an adjustable cooling mode to circulate hot air within the cabinet. The fan shuts off when the doors are opened, and a safety shut-off switch reduces the risk of overheating. To enhance food visibility inside the cabinet, glass doors are fitted to the unit's front, and the interior is illuminated with lights. The doors have a dependent design so they can be opened simultaneously with a single hand.

The Migali C-CO1-NG single natural gas convection oven has an easy-to-clean enamel interior with coved corners that can be wiped free of crumbs, and the exterior and legs are constructed of stainless steel to provide durability for long-term use. For mobility, casters are attached to the legs, making it simple for users to reposition the oven. The temperature can be adjusted between 150 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit using solid-state digital controls. Resistant to corrosion, the five oven racks are nickel plated and can be adjusted in 13 positions for versatile holding.
