Migali C-CR48 Description
The Migali C-CR24 natural gas charbroiler has a 48-inch-wide cooking surface and uses lava rocks and radiants to help restaurants serve foods with a smoky grilled flavor. Its reversible grates can grill thick cuts of meat on their ridged side and delicate items on the smooth side. Because they are adjustable, the grates can sit flat or sloped.
The C-CR24 countertop charbroiler has four U-shaped burners with a combined BTU output of 140,000. It is equipped to use natural gas, but an LP conversion kit is also included. The charbroiler is designed for heavy use with its stainless steel body and chrome knobs, which can be wiped clean when messes are made.
