Migali C-G36 36" Gas Griddle w/ Manual Controls - 3/4" Steel Plate, Natural Gas

The Migali C-G36 gas griddle is made of stainless steel, so cooks can trust its durability as they serve up fluffy eggs, juicy burgers, and pancakes. A grease tray mounted on the bottom of the griddle catches crumbs and debris and is removable for cleaning. Adjustable feet raise the unit over countertops, preventing overheating.

Because the plate of the Migali C-B36 griddle is made of 3⁄4-inch-thick polished steel, it heats evenly and quickly. The unit comes equipped with three burners, each with a powerful 30,000-BTU capacity, but establishments in high altitudes may require adjustments in order to achieve this BTU output.
