Migali C-G36T Description
The Migali C-G36T Competitor Series® gas griddle features a 36-inch-wide by 20-inch-deep smooth cooking surface with a 1-inch-thick polished steel plate. Designed with three 25,000-BTU U-shaped burners, this unit provides a total heat output of 75,000 BTU. Thermostatic controls enable precise heat adjustments, while the stainless steel grease trough includes a wide opening for easy cleaning. The removable slide-out waste tray collects excess grease for simplified maintenance.
Supported by four adjustable stainless steel feet, the Migali C-G36T countertop griddle is designed for stability. Its stainless steel exterior enhances durability, and the ergonomic design facilitates cleaning. This model is configured for natural gas but includes an LP conversion kit for in-field adjustments. The control spacing is set at 12 inches for convenience.
