Migali C-G48 Description
Cooks can serve up eggs, burgers, and fluffy pancakes with the Migali C-G36 gas griddle. A removable grease tray attached to the bottom of the griddle catches crumbs and debris. To prevent the unit from overheating, adjustable feet raise it off of countertops.
The Migali C-B36 griddle plate is made of 3⁄4-inch-thick polished steel, so it heats quickly and evenly. Four powerful burners, each operating at 30,000 BTUs, are stationed every 12 inches on the griddle. In order to achieve this BTU output, establishments in high altitudes may need adjustments.
- Manual control knobs enable users to set temperatures from low to high
