Migali C-G48T Description
The Migali C-G48T Competitor Series® gas griddle features a 48-inch-wide by 20-inch-deep smooth cooking surface with a 1-inch-thick polished steel plate. Four 25,000-BTU U-shaped burners provide a total output of 100,000 BTU, and thermostatic controls enable precise temperature adjustments. A stainless steel grease trough with a wide opening facilitates cleanup, while a removable slide-out waste tray collects excess grease.
Designed for stability, the Migali C-G48T countertop griddle is supported by four adjustable stainless steel feet. Its stainless steel exterior enhances durability, and the ergonomic design simplifies maintenance. This model is configured for natural gas but includes an LP conversion kit for in-field adjustments.
