The Migali C-HP-4-24 countertop hot plate helps a restaurant simmer sauces or sautée vegetables by supplementing its existing rangetop or adding a new element to its kitchen. Designed to withstand repeated use, this unit has a stainless steel body, cast iron grates, and chrome knobs, while a grease tray that is mounted on the bottom of the unit is removable to facilitate swift cleanup.

The four burners of the Migali C-HP-4-24 hot plate produce 32,000 BTUs each, for a total BTU output of 100,000—though establishments in high altitudes may need orifice adjustments to deliver this amount. Located on the front, the unit's burners are operated by manual controls, and to prevent overheating, adjustable feet elevate the unit above countertops.
