Migali C-HP-6B-36 12" Gas Hotplate w/ (2) Burners & Manual Controls, Convertible

Because its 4-inch legs provide sufficient clearance and prevent overheating, the Migali C-HP-6-36 hot plate can be placed on countertops, and by adding six burners to the kitchen, it helps a restaurant increase its ability to simmer sauces or sautée vegetables. Designed to withstand high-volume use, the hot plate has cast iron grates, a stainless steel body, and chrome control knobs.

Though the Migali C-HP-4-24 hot plate is factory-configured to operate with natural gas, it can be converted to an LP gas hookup in the field. Each of its burners produce 32,000 BTUs and deliver a combined 192,000 BTU output, however, establishments in high altitudes may need orifice adjustments to meet this number. All the unit's burners are operated by individual, manual controls, and underneath them, a grease tray catches waste and can be removed to facilitate cleaning.
