Migali C-PP67-HC Description
Great for pizzerias and sandwich shops, the Migali C-PP67-HC prep table has a pan compartment that can hold nine third-size pans. From here, employees can quickly grab ingredients when assembling product on the full-width cutting board. Because the board is 19 1⁄2 inches deep, it can accommodate large pizzas or be used for salads and sandwiches. Additional product can be stored in the refrigerated base, which has two shelves to keep items organized. The cabinet doors have a stay-open design for loading product and recessed handles to prevent them from protruding into the aisle.
Constructed of stainless steel on the inside and outside, the Migali C-PP67-HC pizza prep table is strong, rust resistant, and simple to clean. It uses forced-air cooling to evenly distribute cold air throughout the cabinet, keeping the temperature between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Operators have control over this temperature since they can adjust it on the digital controller and display.
