Migali C-PP93-D-HC Description
The Migali C-PP93-D-HC Competitor Series® pizza prep table is a 93-inch-wide refrigerated unit built to support fast-paced pizza and sandwich preparation. Its standard-depth configuration includes a 19 1⁄2-inch cutting board for assembling menu items; an insulated rail lid preserves the temperature of stored toppings. The top rail accommodates as many as 12 third-size pans and supports pan depths as deep as 4 inches, enabling organized storage of sauce, cheese, vegetables, and meats. This model includes pre-installed casters for mobility and a side-mounted refrigeration system to maximize usable cabinet space.
Equipped with six interior shelves, the Migali C-PP93-D-HC Competitor Series® pizza prep table provides 28.4 cubic feet of cold storage in its refrigerated base. Above the shelves, six drawers are built with stainless steel slides and nylon wheels for smooth access and long-term durability. Drawer faces feature recessed handles and rounded corners to reduce snag risk during service. The cabinet interior is constructed of polished stainless steel to support routine cleaning, while the forced-air refrigeration system circulates R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain a temperature range of 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit. A digital temperature controller and external display provide temperature oversight during busy shifts.
