Migali C-PP93-HC Description
The Migali C-PP93-HC pizza prep table optimizes production space in sandwich shops and pizzerias. In the top compartment, the operator can keep popular ingredients for product assembly so they can quickly add it to product as it moves down the cutting board. Measuring 19 1⁄2 inches deep, the full-length board can accommodate pizzas, but it can also be used for smaller items such as salads and sandwiches.
The refrigerated cabinet in the base of this Migali C-PP93-HC prep table increases storage space for cold items. Operators can store extra pans of toppings and sauces, keeping ingredients close when the top needs to be replenished. The base has three door sections, and each one has a storage shelf. These doors have a stay-open design at 90 degrees so users can quickly stock ingredients. Because the door handles are recessed, they do not protrude into the aisle and take up valuable space. Both the interior and exterior are made of stainless steel—a rust-resistant material that stands up to heavy use and supports the cleaning process.
