Migali C-RB24 24" Natural Gas Charbroiler w/ Cast Iron Grates, 70,000 BTU

To prevent overheating, the Migali C-RB24 gas charbroiler sits above countertops with its adjustable feet, and so restaurants can cook a variety of menu items, its rugged cast iron grates can be adjusted to sit either flat or sloped. Its body is made of stainless steel and knobs are made of chrome to provide a polished appearance and durability in busy kitchens.

Though the Migali C-RB24 charbroiler's two 35,000-BTU burners are powered by natural gas, a field conversion kit is included in case LP gas is more economical in the user's area. Manual control knobs that require continuous monitoring and adjustments control the burners, and for establishments in high altitudes, this unit may need an orifice adjustment to meet the optimal BTU output level.
