Migali C-RB36 36" Natural Gas Charbroiler w/ Cast Iron Grates, 105,000 BTU

To raise the unit and help prevent overheating, the Migali C-RB36 gas charbroiler sits on countertops with adjustable feet. Restaurants can cook a variety of menu items on its rugged cast iron grates, which can be adjusted to sit flat or sloped. Made of stainless steel the unit's body is durable and its chrome control knobs provide a polished appearance that can endure heavy use in busy kitchens.

The Migali C-RB36 charbroiler has three 35,000-BTU burners that are controlled on the front by manual knobs. Although the unit is configured to be powered by natural gas, it is convertible with the included kit if LP gas is more widely available in the user's area. Additionally, establishments in high altitudes may need an orifice adjustment in order to deliver the listed BTU output.
