Migali C-RO2B-24GL-LP Description
The Migali C-RO2-24GL-LP gas range with griddle has three types of cooking equipment, so a restaurant can add diverse dishes to its menu. To help in the preparation of pancakes and burgers, a 3⁄4-in.-thick polished steel griddle plate is located on the left side, while two burners on the right heat saucepans and stock pots by delivering 32,000 BTU of heating power each. Below, a 27,000-BTU oven bakes dishes, and above the unit, an adjustable shelf holds supplies.
With a stainless steel body and griddle, rugged cast iron grates, and chrome controls, the Migali C-RO2-24GL-LP gas range stands up to frequent use in a busy restaurant. The oven is porcelain enameled to create a cooking chamber that is user-friendly to clean.
