Migali C-RO4B-12GL-LP 36" Competitor Series® 4 Burner Gas Range w/ Griddle - (1) Standard Oven, Liquid Propane

With grates, a griddle, and an oven, the Migali C-RO2-24GL-LP gas range provides three cooking tools that can accommodate a variety dishes. On the left is a3⁄4-in.-thick steel griddle plate where users can make small quantities of pancakes and burgers, and with four burners on the right, staff can cook soups, sauces, and boil water. Each burner on the unit can produce 32,000 BTUs, while the oven produces 27,000 BTUs.

To stand up to the abuse of a high-volume kitchen, the Migali C-RO2-24GL-LP gas range is constructed of durable stainless steel for its body and griddle, and it uses heavy-duty cast iron for its grates. Because it is susceptible to cracking, the porcelain-enameled oven interior is not nearly as durable, though it does simplify cleaning inside the cavity. The oven handle and temperature control knobs are made of wear-resistant chrome.
