Migali C-RO6B-24GL-NG Description
The Migali C-RO6-24GL-NG Competitor Series® six burner gas range includes a polished steel griddle with a 3⁄4-inch-thick plate to cook food quickly and evenly throughout. For durability, the six burners are housed by cast iron grates, and when food particles get underneath the grates, they can be removed for better scrubbing. Its two ovens have one rack each, which are adjustable depending on the user's needs.
For safety purposes, the Migali C-RO6-24GL-NG commercial gas range has a high-limit control that shuts off the unit if temperatures reach a dangerous height, and the temperature can be controlled with chrome handles located on the front of the unit. Made of stainless steel, the exterior is convenient to clean and is sturdy for a long life of commercial use. It has a rear-located backsplash, so food messes don't splatter onto the wall and heat is directed to the hood ventilation system.
