Migali C-RO6B-LP Description
Fitted with a standard oven in the base, the Migali C-RO6-LP Competitor Series® gas range can be used to cook a variety of products, and it comes with an adjustable rack that accommodates different items. Because the interior is porcelain enameled, it resists corrosion and has nonstick surfaces that streamline the cleaning process.
Burning at 32,000 BTUs each, the six burners on top of this Migali C-RO6-LP commercial range are cased with grates made of cast iron for durability. If food particles and debris slip between the cracks, the grates can be removed for access underneath. The temperature can be controlled with chrome knobs, and if the levels get too high, the unit will shut off automatically for safety purposes. Its exterior is made of stainless steel to ease cleaning, while a rear-located backsplash ensures the surrounding area stays clean.
