Migali C-SM-36-LP Description
Outfitted with a four-position adjustable rack system, the Migali C-SM-36-LP Competitor Series® gas salamander broiler enables operators to position food closer or farther from the heat source for custom results. Its removable chrome broiler rack accommodates various dish sizes and is easy to clean between uses. This liquid propane unit mounts above a compatible 36-inch range using the included bracket kit, conserving valuable workspace in crowded prep lines.
Equipped with two ceramic infrared burners, the Migali C-SM-36-LP salamander broiler delivers a total heat output of 43,000 BTUs and reaches full temperature in just one minute. A pilot-ready manual ignition system provides quick startup, while independent controls on the left and right burners offer targeted heat adjustment for uneven or multi-item batches. Its stainless steel interior and exterior resist corrosion and simplify maintenance, and a 3⁄4-inch NPT gas connection is positioned on the right side for setup with LP systems.
