Migali C-SP48-18BT-HC Description
With its mega top design, the Migali C-SP48-18BT-HC prep table holds more pans in the rail compartment than standard prep units. It accommodates 18 sixth-size pans, but these are not included; adapter bars come with the table, enabling users to use larger pans if necessary. Toppings and sauces in the rail section can be added to items on the cutting board, which spans the entire width of the unit. Extra ingredients can be kept on hand in the storage base’s two shelves and stay-open doors. Each door has a recessed handle that saves aisle space.
Because the interior and exterior of this Migali C-SP48-18BT-HC sandwich prep table are made of stainless steel, it withstands heavy use and speeds up the cleaning process. It has a rear-mounted refrigeration system, and utilizing a forced-air design, it moves cold air throughout the cabinet. Operators can set the temperature in the unit at a level between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit.
