Migali C-SP60-24BT-HC Description
Accommodating 24 sixth-size pans in the pan rail, the Migali C-SP60-24BT-HC sandwich prep table measures 60.2 inches wide and has a refrigerated cabinet base for additional ingredient storage. Users can keep salad and sandwich toppings in the rail section, adding them quickly on the full-width, 9 1⁄4-inch-deep cutting board. In the base, two shelves keep stored items organized. The cabinet is accessible behind stay-open, hinged doors, and their recessed handles save space in the aisle.
Self-contained and mounted in the rear of the Migali C-SP60-24BT-HC mega top prep table, the refrigeration system operates at temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit; this level can be adjusted on the digital controller to suit different applications. Completely made of stainless steel, the interior and exterior are durable and resistant to corrosion. This unit sits on four 6-inch casters, two of which have brakes to keep the unit in place.
