Migali C-U48R-HC Description
The Migali C-U48R-HC Competitor Series® undercounter refrigerator is an ideal option for establishments that need additional prepared food to handle medium- to high-volume business. Because it has 12 cubic feet of cabinet space, this unit offers plenty of room for condiments, ingredients, beverages, and even ready-made meals. Ingredients inside the cabinet are kept at a set temperature between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit, and the temperature can be checked on the unit's digital controller.
To aid in stocking and retrieving, this unit's doors remain open at a 90-degree angle, while its construction is stainless steel for increased strength and ease of cleaning. A rear-mounted refrigeration unit means the cabinet can sit between other equipment, and casters on the Migali C-U48R-HC refrigerator enable users to move the unit as necessary.
